boot camp patitioning

I once installed windows 7 successfully by using boot camp. But that time I might mis deleted a disk and I couldn't find the macintosh HD and I erase the hard drive and reinstalled OS X. And the second time i wanted to install windows 7, i followed all the same steps, but when i did partitioning disk in windows installer which was formatting the boot camp disk, it said setup was unable to create a new system partition or locate an existing system partition. Can any one help me to fix this problem? Thanks
