It's a phishing email to try and get your account and payment details, you could forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com , and then delete the email

Bear in mind that Apple already has your credit card info, so they will NEVER send you a mail asking for it.

Unfortunately thousands/millions of these phishing things are sent every day.
