Will Apple Pay work when the iPhone 6+ is in a case?
iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.1.1, 64GB
So long as the case does not disrupt the signal from the NFC chip, there's no reason it shouldn't.

I have a hard plastic case/holster combination. Apple Pay works fine with the case. I've seen a few metal cases. I could see that they might possibly interfere but most cases shouldn't.
