Q: Can family sharing be setup without adding a credit card? We all use gift cards.

From your post I understand that you are wondering if you can use Family Sharing without a credit card. If you do not have a child in your family, you can use either a credit card or a debit card. If there is a child in the family, then a credit card is required. If a user does have a gift card on their account, it is instead first used as the payment type.
