Phonebook contacts not visible via bluetooth after updating to 8.1.2

Folks,

After I updated to 8.1.2 on my iphone 6, I can no longer see the address book from while paired with my car. The car is a 2012 Mercedes and it was working flawlessly before 8.1.1 and before. I tried resetting the network settings in iPhone and deleted all the paired devices (iPhone and the Mercedes) without any improvement. Any suggestions?
