I have a message saying I have authorized 4 out of 5 computers,After following how to de-authorize all, I dont have the de-authorize all option , why is this?

    Thanks for the question. Based on what you stated, it seems like you dont have the option to deauthorize all. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help you isolate or resolve the issue.

     

    Deauthorize your computer using iTunes - Apple Support

    Deauthorize all computers

    Open iTunes on one of your authorized computers.

     

    1. Click Store > Sign In.
    2. Enter your Apple ID and password.
    3. Click Deauthorize All.

      The Deauthorize All button appears only if you have more than 2 authorized computers. If you don't see the Deauthorize All button, that means you only have one authorized computer.
