Why in the store there is a button to download the program, if it is not supported Osh 10.8.5? Why are you wasting our time? If there is no support for something and do not have time to put the program to load, if it does not fit the system! You're asking for an extremely sophisticated store, one that reads the operating system and then only offers you content specifically for your Mac!
That's way more technical and fraught with possible problems than I think Apple wishes to tackle.
BTW, when you opened your account here in the Apple Support Communities, you promised that you would not criticize Apple or it's business decisions. It's shameful that you have broken your promise.
