I Have an iPad mini, and I lost the hotspot button in the cellullor data screen (in settings)

For most issues with Personal Hotspot, take a look at the article below and start at step 7 to sort out the issue of it now showing up. Start with resetting the network settings on your iPad and if that does not work then you will need to restore it. Let me know if this works for you.
