Also because they are more demanding on your network, network problems may prohibit playback of slo-mo material when it doesn't other content.

Slo-mo videos show first frame (not initial 'normal speed' frames) but do not appear to progress beyond this even after several (10) minutes. I would have expected that if buffering was the problem then it would play until the 'slo-mo' section. I don't have problems with other videos on the network. How can I investigate network interaction?
