Dec 23, 2014 12:07 PMby Demo,I think that you are seeing the lightning bolt and the lightning connector on the screen. That means that you have to plug the iPad into a wall socket using the power adapter becuse the battery is too low to charge using your computer.
Look at the photos on this website and not the one under the Connect to Power heading.
