DesktopsThe firmware on the Mac Pro silver tower (all models) does not support Internet Recovery.
If you have lost your Recovery Partition on your Boot drive, you will have to find a different method to restore your Mac. If you have a Time Machine Backups (after 10.7.3), it should also contain a Recovery partition that can be used.
Hold down the Alt/Option key as you start up. If you see Recovery HD, choose it and proceed from there.

Where did you get this information? With Apple? You sure about that?
I mean that in Mac Pro silver (even mid 2012) when we press the keys: "Comand, Option, R" will never appear the globe spinning? How do I get to download or access the OS X Mountain Lion factory ??

Desktops"Regular" Recovery (from the Recovery partition on your Hard drive or your Time Machine Backup) remains available, but Internet Recovery (from firmware only) is not a feature on the silver tower Mac Pro. It is not on this list:

But the basic recovery features are available if a recovery partition is available:
