Didnt get a recovery email

I forgot my password and i went through the step to recover my oassword but i didnt get an email to reset it ..

Am sending my question from my friend's account 😟

please help me what should i do

check your SPAM folder for the email - it happens more often than you might think - Feliz Navidad - ÇÇÇ

nothing in my spam nor inbox or any other folder

the problem now is even when i enter my account witch match what apple refere me to m*****@w*****.com it says its not matching

i dont know what happened

i'm the first owner and i have a bill for it .
