    No, it is not possible.

If that particular phone does not have FaceTime on it, then there is no way to get FaceTime on that phone at all - if you want FaceTime, then you'll have to buy a new phone from a country that allows FaceTime.

If you have a phone without FaceTime, then you can never get FaceTime on that phone - solution - buy a new phone with FaceTime on it to start with.

Is this clear enough for you?

    Unfortunately no

In Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and maybe some others country's Facetime is prohibited by local law

If your product number (model) ending on AB or AE it means that product will have no Facetime and downloading new iOS or using it from other iPhone will not bring Facetime back

Thanks.. yes I agree with you..

But my option is this, that if I connect a facetime enabled iPhone 6plus to PC & make a restore, while downloading IOS, I will disconnect the phone, then when downloading is completed , I shall connect the iphone 6plus which is without facetime & try to get that IOS on it. I don't know it is possible or not or how it will work?

Please put your input if you have such experince?

It is not possible. It will not work. If you have a phone that was intended for sale in a country where Facetime is prohibited, Facetime is disabled at the hardware level. No amount of restoring the phone will enable it.

iOS checks the phone's model when doing the software install. Certain models are permanently banned from having Facetime installed. If you have one of these models, Facetime will not be installed, period.

If you want Facetime, you need to buy a different phone.

Apple is not reading here. Submit any feedback you may have for them here:

Even if they did release it as an app (unlikely as it's part of the OS), they would most likely not release it in the countries where it's currently prohibited.
