Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.
To troubleshoot this issue where you're repeatedly being prompted to enter your Apple ID and password to authorize your computer when syncing, I'd like you to please follow the steps in the article linked to below.

Dec 25, 2014 12:07 PM in response to alex_h1by getinmypants69,thanks, I tried it but the problem for me is that I cannot sync my iphone 4 when I plug it in to my computer, but it still says that its no longer authorized for purchased items.
