Q: how do you set up the ipad mini using only itunes on a PC?

I do not yet have wi fi and want to just set up my new ipad mini, using my PC with iTunes.  How do I find user guide or instructions?

    Assuming that your PC is connected to the Interent via Ethernet, plug the Lightning end of the cable into the port on the iPad and the other end of the cable into one of the USB ports on your computer. iTunes shoukd launch on its own, but if it doesn't, you launch iTunes manually. After iTunes recognizes the iPad, it should guide you through the setup process in a step by step manner.  Just do what iTunes instructs you to do.
