Q: Is it possible to buy an iTunes gift card online or in store with an Apple Store gift card?

I thought that my apple store gift card was redeemable in iTunes and have already scratched off the silver. Is it possible to buy an iTunes gift card with the apple store gift card instead?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.1.2

No, Apple stores (and most, if not all, other stores) don't let you buy gift cards with gift cards
