Q: iTunes is not working

HI guys, i just buy my new iPhone and its time for me to sync all my back up but sadly iTunes is not working properly like its closing by itself bcoz it ask me to close the program something like that.. is there something wrong in iTunes? i can't sync my back up from my Windows 8 computer its really sad... and i check the apple software updater, there is no update for iTunes there.. so i wonder how to fix it.. please help me guys.. thank you...
