Looking to reset a system password (That I've forgotten) on MacBook OS X 10.6.8
Hint word doesn't come up
not set up to apple ID
Tried using Command+S setting with no luck.
Any suggestions?

The steps you have provided have not been working.
When I enter the below information, It come back with information not found (or something like that)
launchctl load /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.DirectoryServices.plist
If I make a new administrator don't I loose with information on the current admin?

You aren't supposed to be creating a new account, just change the password for your account. Which of the above methods are you trying to use?
