unchecked itunes songs sync to phone

If you are having issues with unchecked songs being re-synced to your iPhone, you may want to double check to see what your current sync settings are in iTunes, especially the "Sync only checked songs and video" setting. You may also want to check to make sure you are able to manually manage your content:

Do they have a cloud icon next to them? If so they are not on your phone, but are available for download. If you don't want to see them go to Settings/Music and turn off "Show all music".
