Q: Move selected apps

i bought an iPad mini for my niece for Christmas, I set it up with her own account, and she is in my family group. I want to transfer apps tht I purchased for her that are on my iPad, to her new device. Can this be done?

Sharing purchased content with Family Sharing - Apple Support

See the section called "Download content from family members."
