Q: My iPhone 5 running with ios 8.1.2, recently shocking me with no voice call. Any solution?

My iPhone 5 running with ios 8.1.2, recently shocking me with no voice call and I have to use loud speaker to receive a call. I did restart the phone, reset all settings, erase all content and settings and remove sim card but nothing changed. Any other solution?

Good job on troubleshooting your issue, to continue I would suggest restoring your iPhone and if it is still giving you issue then you will need to do is contact Apple Support. Take a look at the article below for more information.

If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound quality is poor on iPhone

Thanks norm123. I have tried all the possibilities but all for nothing. Almost give up. Not so sure either software / hardware problem. By the way, thanks again.
