Q: Make or decline a purchase from a pc

Here is my setup :

 

I own a iPod 4th gen(iOS 6)

My daughter received a iPod 5th gen for Christmas.

 

I have used the iPod 5th gen to create my daughter account. I have sign in my my icloud account and logged off at the end of the process.

 

From what I read, there is 2 way to authorize purchase of my daughter : From a mac or from a iOS 8 device. I only have a windows laptop with iTunes 12.

 

His there any way to login somewhere to authorize the purchase?

    Hello Soyqa,

     

    To answer your question, no there is not another way to authorize the purchase. It must be done n one of the two options outlined in the following article. There's just no way around that:

     

    Request and make purchases with Ask to Buy

    The organizer can review the item and make the purchase or decline the request right from their own iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 8 or Mac with OS X Yosemite.
