How to I disable the "on my iPhone" safari icon on my Mac? I don't want the icon on my Mac when I'm on safari on my iPhone.

Everytime I get on safari on my iPhone an icon pops up on the Mac that has the safari icon with a phone in it. I dont want this "on my iPhone" icon to appear. How do I disable it. I just want my Apple ID used for the App Store and nothing else on the Mac.

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014), iOS 8.1.2

TThank you, I figured it out. I turned off "handoff" on my iPhone. Settings>general> handoff and suggested apps.
