iPad 3rd gen sound problem after 8.1.2 update

After 8.1.2 update on my iPad 3rd generation I have sound problems. Earphones are not working at all, sound is coming thru speaker but distorted. Has anyone experienced the same issue?

IIs there a chance I can restore 8.1.1 update or earlier? Not sure what to do?
