Q: itunes not playing tvshows

I just bought a whole season of a tv show and after i downloaded all the episodes i went to play one and all i got was a black screen. i looked up the issue and fond nothing useful to help me. this problem is really aggravating and i would like a fix or my money back. all my software is up to date and my computer is authorized so that's not the issue.
