Kid Pix 4 Deluxe for schools and Quicktime

Our stickers and animations no longer work. Following is the response from Kid Pix support. Will Quick Time be fixing this?
Dear katy.roedl@lakemills.k12.wi.us:

Thank you for your inquiry and for choosing Riverdeep, Broderbund, The
Learning Company, and Edmark for your software needs.

I understand that you are unable to view the stamps or stickers when
adding them to the workspace in Kid Pix Deluxe 4 on Mac OS X.

Updates to the Apple Quicktime video player have caused this behavior.
Once a Apple OSX system has been updated to the Quicktime player 7.1.3
recently made available through Apple System Updates the stamps and
stickers will not appear in Kid Pix Deluxe 4. At this time, no known
steps are available to workaround this issue, as OS X does not have a
Quicktime uninstaller that would allow returning to a previous version of
the software. If an update or any additional information becomes
available, it will be located at
http://support.riverdeep.net/faq_list.asp?id=1294820708.

Sincerely,

Chad R.

It seems Quicktime no longer plays flash animations by default which it what Kidpix needs it to do.

Open System preferences and select Quicktime. Under the Advanced tap you will find a checkbox to enable Flash. This should fix your problem.

I don't know why Kid Pix support can't tell people about this simple fix.
