Can I run Microsoft Flight Simulator X on my Mac?

I got a Macbook Pro with Retina display and I want to run Microsoft Flight Simulator? Can I do this? Is there anyway to run Microsoft Flight Simulator X without installing windows on my Mac? If I have to run Windows in order to run Microsoft Flight Simulator X what is the best way to run Windows? Thanks

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014), OS X Yosemite (10.10.1)
