Q: I am receiving the following error when  launching iTunes: : there is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk4\DR4

I hadn't launched iTunes for awhile until today and find I am receiving the message I am receiving the following error when  launching iTunes: "there is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk4\DR4"

I do not know what this means and my search of the web for a solution has failed. As per one old post's suggestion, I unplugged the pc for 30 minutes and depressed the Power button for 30 seconds before plugging it back in. No change.

Please help!
