Q: Activation Issue
I have an IPhone5 and suddenly it is trying to reset as if it were a new phone. My service provider is StraightTalk (Pre-Pay) and they have asked me to go to the nearest Apple store for assistance but that is 4 hours away from where I live. I have no way to call Apple to try and receive any kind of customer care because I can not use my phone whatsoever. I need help. I keep putting in my AppleID and Password, it says Activation Complete then will go to Activation Failed and freezes. I then have to turn my phone off again. I can only get to my contacts or settings for a few seconds before it resets and can not make or receive calls/text or anything else. At one point it let me select an icloud backup and started updating but always failed, now I cant even get to that point.
