I have just purchased a windows 8 tablet and I am trying to download my icloud pictures to it. when I log in the screen only shows me the last few photos taken. I know the others are above it but I can't scroll up. There is no scroll bar on the right hand side and it will not scroll up with touch. Any one have any advice?

I would hesitate to use the words "as easy as" - this isn't at all intuitive and bucks the trend for standard navigation. OK, it works, but not clever to go against the grain causing confusion.
The page up and down buttons do not work either, they work in other apps but not for scrolling in icloud photo so it is useless
I so agree with you, icloud functions are not intuitive at all, really annoying.
It is not intuitive at all that you can't use the touch screen or use the scroll bar.
The arrows work for me. Also, once you "activate" the scrolling with the arrow, a scroll bar appears momentarily. When I clicked on the moving part, it worked to move quickly to the top (or down, etc.). After a short time, it disappeared.

Thank you. The page up page down buttons work. I just don't understand why there is no scroll bar like every other window in the universe.
The best we can hope for from Apple is being able to use page up and page down or a mouse on Windows because, although they claim to be the best platform ever made, they aren't any better at being compatible with other platforms than anyone else. I'm disappointed that Apple can't seem to engineer a way to simulate industry standard scrolling behavior in a service that they charge me for from a SaaS environment. That's not very reassuring as an Enterprise purchaser much less a consumer.
