"OS X NTP Security Update" installs multiple times

On my 2014 MacBook Pro 15" Retina running 10.10.1, the NTP Security Update released over Christmas installed multiple times. And Software Update keeps saying that it still needs to be installed — every time I click "update", it installs once more! Any suggestions?

If it is installed, no need to install it again. This is a glitch that happens once in a while.

See if any of these will hide it.

Try control - clicking on it and choose hide.

Yosemite Banner

Yosemite Banner (2) Even though it says Mavericks, still applies

Hide Update in Mavericks

Try re-indexing Spotlight.
