Jason everything seems to be working fine. I checked all the steps you told me and everything looks correct to me. When I click on the app store icon on my ipad air 2 the page some up just blank and solid white. When I click the bottom on featured, the page is blank white, I click top charts or explore it does the same thing jut blank and white. if i click on purchased or updates it shows all my purchases and updates just like normal. but if i click back to featured, top charts or explore it goes back to a white blank screen. nothing happens at all. so that mean I can't download any new apps. I don't know what else to do. Laurie
I am having the exact same problem on my IPad Air 2. Everything looks fine, but the only two options that display anything but a blank screen are the Purchased and Upgrades options! Even if I do an Internet search for a particular application and click on the link for it, I get a blank page. So no purchasing new apps for me, either...!
