App Store will not load on iPad air 2

I am having the exact same problem on my IPad Air 2. Everything looks fine, but the only two options that display anything but a blank screen are the Purchased and Upgrades options! Even if I do an Internet search for a particular application and click on the link for it, I get a blank page. So no purchasing new apps for me, either...!

Any hints on how to fix this issue? I have the same issue on my iPhone 5S
