Q: Bluetooth

My iPhone 5s will pair to my car radio through Bluetooth and play music and take a phone call but i can't hear the caller and they cannot hear me through Bluetooth. I have to bypass Bluetooth and use the phone to take the call. I already reset my phone with No luck. I know it's not the radio as I used another iPhone 5s and it worked. Any suggestions would be very appreciated. Thanks

Hi Cash Bar,

Thanks for the question. Based on what you stated, it seems like this iPhone will connect to the car and some features work but calls wont. All features work on another iPhone though. It looks like you have already done some troubleshooting. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.

If you have isolated an issue to the device, restore iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to its factory condition.

Mario thanks for the reply. I have tried these steps And even paired my phone to another Bluetooth device with the same results. Resetting the phone had no impact. Could it be a hardware failure on the phone? if so is this something that can be fixed.
