Thanks for the question. Based on what you stated, it seems like this iPhone will connect to the car and some features work but calls wont. All features work on another iPhone though. It looks like you have already done some troubleshooting. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.

If you have isolated an issue to the device, restore iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to its factory condition.

Dec 29, 2014 4:06 PM in response to mario49by Cash Bar,Mario thanks for the reply. I have tried these steps And even paired my phone to another Bluetooth device with the same results. Resetting the phone had no impact. Could it be a hardware failure on the phone? if so is this something that can be fixed.
