Can I exchange a movie?

I just purchased a movie, then a few minutes later, saw it included in movie bundle. I haven't downloaded or viewed the movie I purchased and would like to exchange it for the bundle.

iMac (27-inch Mid 2010), OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

Thanks. I already sent an email an I'm awaiting a response. I just threw the question out to the community in case others had previous similar experiences.
