FaceTime in Egypt

I have pueshased a new iPad Air 2 from Saudi Arabia Model A1567.

Then, I traveled to Egypt without unboxing my iPad.

So, it didn't work on Saudi Lands or Networks.

When I came to Egypt (a country allow FaceTime) I didn't find FaceTime on device Settings only iMessage.

Advice me how to launch FaceTime Plz ?!!
