ATV2 - purchased content, itunes radio play for 8 to 9 minutes then stops with error - itunes server unavailable, please try again later. Plays fine from PC Itunes, Ipads and iphones. Both ATV2s on the network have the issue.

NEtwork tests indicate high speeds and no significant packet loss. Worked fine for two years and started this about one month ago. all other content, Netflix, Hulu, work well. crackle has stopped working As well. Have reset ATV , logged off, back on, reset network, turned off dolby and set audio to 16bit as some older posts have suggested. Nothing fixes this issue. Please advise. About ready to transition to fire tv.

Thanks Pedro, but I have previously used this specific KB article to troubleshoot. Been through it all on both ATVs and even connected my ATV to a friend's home network and I experienced the same issue. I have concluded it is an Apple issue... I just don't know how to go about obtaining a solution. This issue started after the last software update. Both ATVs are up to date as well. I am bald, so pulling out my hair is not an option.

Thanks for the update. Since those steps have not helped in resolving your issue, the only other option to try is Restoring your Apple TV. The steps to perform that are found in this article:

If the issue is still peristent, then due to the nature of your issue you may find more information by using another one of Apple's support resources - https://getsupport.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.action to get a more hands-on response.
