Error message stating I need to authorize the computer

No matter how many times I have authorized this computer, I continue to receive the Error message stating I need to authorize the computer. I have authorized the computer over and over and still it will not sync. In addition, the Apps shows I have apps on my fourth screen, but no apps are showing.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.3

I wish this helped, but I had googled and gone through these steps several times as well. I am sure it is related to the fact that we all used a single iTunes/Apple ID account and later with cloud decided to obtain our own individual accounts. So now we have apps purchased by 3 accounts. I authorize each of the accounts each time, but to no avail. Really ready to remove/delete all apps and start over.
