Dec 28, 2014 12:33 PM in response to Kappyby frustrated_ios7,I wish this helped, but I had googled and gone through these steps several times as well. I am sure it is related to the fact that we all used a single iTunes/Apple ID account and later with cloud decided to obtain our own individual accounts. So now we have apps purchased by 3 accounts. I authorize each of the accounts each time, but to no avail. Really ready to remove/delete all apps and start over.
