my iTunes card isn't working.

my iTunes card isn't working. I've put the code in multiple times and compared it to the card and it was right each time. I also tried the camera option but nothing's working

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.1.2

By 'not working' you mean ? If you are getting an invalid code and this page doesn't help (the card was issued in the same country as you are in and which is on your account ?) then try contacting iTunes Support (you will probably need to give them images of the front and back of the card, and possibly its receipt) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then iTunes Cards And Codes
