Bought ipad air restored it then asks for apple id and password but i dont no them still has apple care oct 2015 phone care jan2015 its not in lost mode or stolen comes up with support.apple.com/kb/ts4515 contact apple but they cant help me and i cant track the ownerdownits to wipe his details please can some one help sort it out cheers

Who did you buy it from? Contact them and ask for a refund. The iPad is "Activation Locked" and will be useless to you.

If you cannot contact the previous wonder and have him erase the device, there is nothing that anybody, including Apple, can do to help you. You should have made sure that the previous owner erased the device properly before you bought it.
