I also know that while I have been away from my phone I have received messages. Is there any way I can turn on my messaging on my macbook and receive those unread messages?

Dec 28, 2014 10:39 PM in response to jenpdby gail from maine,Sorry - not sure. I've had my Message app turned on forever on my Mac, so not remembering if older messages showed up once I was connected. Best bet is to set it up and see what comes up?
Sorry I don't know....
