Q: Keyboard issues

the letters u,I & o do not work on my 2012 MacBook Pro. I have run the diagnostics test which found no faults.

will I need to have the keyboard replaced and how much will this cost from Apple??

Hey WTD,

If you are having an issue with some keys on your MacBook Pro's internal keyboard not functioning correctly, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -

One or more keys on the keyboard do not respond - Apple Support

In particular the section titled Some keys don't work as expected.
