X yosemite app in app store purchases stuck

Hi Please could someone help with this ???

I have tried so many things and nothing seems to unease this app in my purchases and it is also stuck in pause with the pause bar in my Launchpad.

I can't even find the storeagent in the activity monitor to try and quit it and then re open the app store to try and budge it on that way, I have something called STOREUID (521) that has the A App Store logo by it but I am scared to quit that incase it is NOT what I should be quitting, I have used the search bar in the activity monitor and according to that, I do not have anything in there that is called storeagent ???

Please could anyone help, this has been stuck since November 14th and is driving me mad and I am sure half of the problems that have since occurred on my mac and when I am on the internet are caused by this issue 😟
