Q: iPhone 6 WiFi Not Connecting while iPhone 4/5 with same 8.1.2 software does -- multiple iphone 6's in the office experiencing same issue // please help ?

Please state every single troubleshooting methods you tried.

Try rebooting your work wifi router.

Do you have an IT person at your work who can help assist?
