No. There are adapters to connect newer devices with a Lightning connector to docks and cables designed for older devices, but not the other way round.
I HAVE SEEN ADAPTORS ON AMAZON BUT THEY ONLY WORK FOR CERTAIN APPLE DEVICES, NOT THE NANO SEEMS LIKE THERE IS A GAP IN THE MARKET HERE !!
