Q: while syncing with phone itunes unexpectedly stops during step 5...anyone else experience the same issue and found resolution?

iTunes unexpectedly quits 100% of time when syncing on windows 7 machine. frustrating....I can not find a remedy that works. Anyone else experience this?

how did you fix the problem?
