    Hi Heycas,

If you are still seeing residual website data after clearing the cookines and website data from Safari, you may want to try the Remove All Website Data option:

    Clear information from your device

To clear your history and cookies from Safari in iOS 8, tap Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. In iOS 7 or earlier, tap Clear History and tap Clear Cookies and Data.

To clear other stored information from Safari, tap Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data > Remove All Website Data.

Safari web settings on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

    Regards,

    - Brenden

    Hi Brenden

I have already done both many times. It removes the site.... But only for a period, then it suddenly shows up again on and off, when i use Safari. The site is  never active, meaning that when i see it, its for at short blink or 2 seconds,  hen it changes to the default screen. I have used iPhones for years, but never encountered this problem before.

Thank you for throwing in a shot at it

Best regards and wishes for a great new year.
