Q: my iPhone 5 has started to randomly just shut off

It's just turns off and I have to hold the home button and the On/Off button down at the same time to get it restarted. I was wondering what this means?

Hi,

According to the article below, if your device is up to date, then you may need to contact Apple Support.

If your iOS device restarts, displays the Apple logo, or powers off while you're using it
