How to Disable the Personal Hotspot on iPhone 6 plus

I'm trying to disable the Personal Hotspot feature on my iPhone 6 plus. I don't have that service. Do not want that service and the searching wheel just keeps on spinning. Using up my battery life and just plain driving me nuts.

Thanks

Yes, it only states, Set Up Personal Hotspot; Click on it and it states. To enable Personal Hotspot on this account call "number" or visit Sprint. There are 3 options to click on: "Call", "Go to Website", "Cancel". So when I hit cancel, the "searching" begins again. I did the reset networks, and it goes away for a while, but then pops back up and starts searching and the spinning wheel appears again next to the Personal Hotspot tab. I don't want or need this feature. Trying to disable completely.

Thanks

You can try a device reset which may (or may not) help:

Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)

1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.

2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.

3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.

I'm on Verizon so I have no idea how Sprint enables/disables Personal Hotspot (it's account-based on Verizon). You may want to visit your local Sprint store and see if they can help.
