cannot access docs in iCloud drive on IOS

cannot access docs in iCloud drive on IOS

cannot access docs in iCloud drive from my i phone 6+

can see all docs but they are "greyed out "

any suggestions ?

I apologize, I'm a bit unclear on exactly what kind of docs these files are, and/or what app you are trying to open them with on your iPhone. If you continue having issues with iCloud Drive, you may find the troubleshooting steps outlined in the following article helpful:

I HAVE CREATED FOLDERS IN ICLOUD DRIVE ON MY MAC AND IN THESE I HAVE VARIOUS FILES IN WORD , EXCEL , PDF ETC .

SO WHEN I OPEN SAY .......PAGES ON MY IP6 AND I HIT THE + ( CREATE DOC ETC) AND OPEN ICLOUD DRIVE I CAN SEE ALL MY FOLDERS AND IF I CLICK ON A FOLDER I CAN SEE ALL MY DOCS , BUT CANT OPEN ANY OF THEM , THEY ARE "GREYED OUT"

IF WE CAN CORRESPOND DIRECT I CAN SEND YOU SOME SCREEN SHOTS OR SOMETHING SO YOU CAN SEE IF THAT HEPLS
